SHIPPING & DELIVERY

TO ORDER:

For your convenience, we offer secure on-line ordering that encrypts all personal information. Orders may also be placed by phone by calling us between 8am until 5pm CST at 832.913.9822.   

Please Note: All orders need 48 hours’ notice for us to provide you with the freshest of desserts.  

 

LOCAL DELIVERY (Houston Metro Area):

Delivery is available within the Houston Metro Area.   When placing an order online, you must indicate a time which delivery should be made.   Hours are 8am until 6pm CST. 

Delivery cost is $10 and would increase by $20 if you requested a Saturday delivery. 

 

SHIPPING (Outside of the Houston Metro Area)

Isabella’s ships to all states in the Continental U.S.  All products are shipped via the USPS - 2-day delivery, unless requested otherwise.

  • Shipping Charges – It is our goal to ensure that our pastries and desserts are taken care of when shipping to friends and family outside of Houston. They are vacuum-sealed and shipped in special insulated packaging with ice packs. There is a $15 fee to cover the additional packaging that will be added to your shipping charge.

  • Shipping Dates (Outside of the Houston Metro Area) - We ship Monday – Thursday to arrive Wednesday-Saturday.

  • Tracking Packages - You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number for your package on the day that your package leaves our premises.

  • Incorrect Addresses - Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, Isabella’s will work with the USPS to redirect the package, so your gift is delivered in a timely manner. Isabella’s cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery if shipping address is incorrect. Any additional charges incurred from the USPS for incorrect delivery address will be passed on to the customer.

All of our products are made fresh and do not contain any preservatives. Quality is very important to us. We do not use inexpensive nor processed ingredients.
